Recent Experience was poor, but overall a good dealership I recently had a nail in my tire and had to have it replaced. After the new tire arrived the dealership and I made an appointment to install the new t I recently had a nail in my tire and had to have it replaced. After the new tire arrived the dealership and I made an appointment to install the new tire. It took the dealership 2 hours and 20 minutes to Accomplish This task. After an 1 3/4 hours did they inform me that someone did not show up at work and this is why it was taking so long. My comment was you could have told me upfront and we could have rescheduled. I have a sick wife at home and they all knew my situation, but chose to let me wait an unacceptable time before informing me of their problem, which became my problem. I will never have tires replaced with this dealership again. Horrible customer service at a dealership I consistently do business with! More
