You know it's more rare than it should be to have a pleasant car buying experience at a delaership. Normally it feels relatively shady, slime'y... we've all had that experience over the years. First off, the reason I was at the dealership was to have service done on my 2023 Stinger. I sort of tangentially was looking at a new Kia EV6, contemplating my life with a full electric vehicle. Before you know it I was headed down that rabbit hole. So as Alan (service manager) was wrapping a flawless service experience, I was in great hands with Jason, my salesperson. While the car buying experince still takes way too long (it shouldn't ever need more than 2 hours) - the process couldn't have been smoother. Bill Byrd Kia gets my highest recommendation. More
Service department Mr Alan Walker is beyond great. He takes time to help with questions and staff gets you in and don't have to worry about when I leave. Every time I take my vehicle in for an oil change it takes hours to get it done. The last several times I have taken my vehicle there a couple of days later I end up having additional problems with my v takes hours to get it done. The last several times I have taken my vehicle there a couple of days later I end up having additional problems with my vehicle, in which I have to turn around and take it right back to have it fixed. They are always trying to say there is something new wrong with my vehicle every time I take it in to them. They told me several months ago that I needed new tires. Now they have switched over to a new computer system and they are telling me that I do not need new tires. My check engine light and air bag lights have been going off and on for almost a year now and when I called to asked them if they could check the check engine light, they advised me that it would be about 3 months before they could look at it. The airbag light was on the last time they serviced it, and nobody said anything to me about it when they returned the vehicle. Hopefully you will not have to deal with the male that stand/sits behind the counter at the service department he is not friendly or helpful. There is a female that sits to the left of him, and she is great. When I have received my vehicle back from them servicing it they may or may not vacuum it and if they do vacuum it usually it's only the driver's floorboard. If I lived closer to a different KIA dealer, I would be willing to try a different dealer for services. More

Don't buy a car here we made that mistake we paid for all service in advance made appointment for service took 2 hour first time! Second time car sat in parking lot for 2 hours. Excellent service department I had an engine failure on my 2014 Kia Optima, with 126,000 miles. Had it towed to Bill Byrd Kia late on Saturday afternoon. Monday morning early I I had an engine failure on my 2014 Kia Optima, with 126,000 miles. Had it towed to Bill Byrd Kia late on Saturday afternoon. Monday morning early I was at the service department to tell them what had happened. I’m suspecting I’m going to have to pay for a new engine. My service writer, Allen said to me, “Let’s run a diagnostic on your engine and send results to Kia. By Wednesday afternoon Allen called to say Kia would replace my engine at no cost to me. One week later I pick the car up. And they put me in a loaner while work being done on my car. This is probably my 12th or 13th new car. I have dealt with a lot of service writers who make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Not Allen, his great attitude and willingness to help me was much more than I expected. He kept me in the loop the whole time letting me know how work was progressing. Bill Byrd Kia has the most courteous service staff I have ever dealt with. More

I worried all weekend about what it could be and the cost of the repair at the beginning of my vacation. I called the Service Department first thing on Monday morning. I was able to get my car serviced the same day. Upon arrival Alan from Service quickly identified the problem and Ross got busy on the repair. The repair was minor and covered by my warranty. Alan and Ross had me back on the road in less than an hour!! What a relief! First class experience. Thank you. More
