Now we had to hav This is hands down the WORST dealership we have ever had to deal with. We purchased a 2015 F150 in April and had nothing but issues. Now we had to have some warranty service done and more issues. We had very few warranty issues and our truck was there for 2 weeks. The last week we didn't receive a call at all so we just ended up showing up to take our vehicle back. It's pretty concerning to pull in a lot and see a technician taking your vehicle out for a spin when they had already told you they were not dealing with any issues we had that would require a test drive. It took 20 miles of driving to verify that the sunroof was working correctly..when in reality it isn't. In fact when we received the vehicle the sunroof was not installed correctly and they had to re-install it. Ever since then is when all the problems started. Everything we take it there for takes 2-3 visits to fix correctly. This is the second time we had a plastic piece with a rubber seal replaced just under the windshield and when we received our vehicle back today, my husband had to finish installing it because it wasn't done correctly. The Asst Service Mgr (Jason) says it's JUST and F150. Really?! Is that all? I talked with the Service & Parts Director (Greg) and he didn't have much to say about the situation. He said he would go out to find my husband to discuss but never did. This will be the last time we take our vehicle to Bill Brown. They will have to joy ride around in someone else's new vehicle going forward. More

Great experience with the service department! Got a same day appt for an oil change and service for a recalled part, when other Ford dealers closer to me couldn't get me in for over a week! I had spoken to a few other salesmen at different dealerships and was very disappointed with the information I was given mainly because I didn't feel it was what I was looking for; however, when I co dealerships and was very disappointed with the information I was given mainly because I didn't feel it was what I was looking for; however, when I contacted Chris at this dealership, within an hour he had vehicles, prices, different packages all lined up for me to decide upon. He helped us with our last lease of an Explorer and loved it. His knowledge and information was quick and he had listened to me on the pricing and found me a vehicle I wanted and could afford. He certainly exceeded my expectations and I would never go to any other dealership. More

From start to finish, Tony worked with me making sure that I understood everything about the Fusion and he made the lease process completely understandable. I was made to feel special and not just like another customer which was most important to me. I will return to Bill Brown Ford and Tony for all further leases or purchases of Ford vehicles in the future knowing I will be most satisfied with all aspects that getting a new car involves! Best experience I've ever had buying a new car. My salesman, Rick Williams, was absolutely fantastic. He took care of everything, and had my vehicle ready when I arrived to pick it up. While he stepped away from his desk to get me something, I was looking at other vehicles in the showroom, and two other sales people asked if I was being helped. I had a great experience at Bill Brown Ford last month (December of 2011). I worked with Tom Smith specifically because he has helped out my family and friends in the past with new/used vehicles. After (December of 2011). I worked with Tom Smith specifically because he has helped out my family and friends in the past with new/used vehicles. After initially meeting with Tom, I narrowed my choices down to a 2012 Focus and a 2012 Fusion. Tom was extremely patient and helped me understand the main features of (and differences between) both of these vehicles. Tom went with me on three test drives: Focus (sedan), Focus (hatchback) and a Fusion. Before test driving the Focus Hatchback (Titanium), we hooked my cell phone up to SYNC/My Ford Touch. Then during the test drive, we tested it out by making/receiving phone calls safely and hands free. It was a blast! Also, after test driving the Fusion, he even had me back up the car back into the parking spot with the help of the the rear view camera (which shows up in the rear view mirror). It was very cool :) I ended up going with the Fusion SEL. The Focus is a great car, but in the end I decided I was looking for more of a mid-size car, and the Fusion had the space that I needed. The Fusion, along with Sync and the back-up camera, has been a perfect choice. I am very happy with my decision. Tom Smith was extremely helpful and I enjoyed my experience with him. The test drives were just what I needed to make the final decision. I would definitely recommend Bill Brown Ford and Tom Smith. More
