This dealership is amazing! Chuck Fay met me on his day off, and let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in. We worked out the deal and scheduled a pick up for the fol Chuck Fay met me on his day off, and let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in. We worked out the deal and scheduled a pick up for the following Friday. Unforeseen circumstances caused me to pick up the car two days early, but Chuck was accommodating. The very next day, I got a flat tire and Chuck worked with my local Ford dealership to get it replaced! Chuck now has a loyal customer as does Bill Brown Ford!! More
