Fantastic partnership with State Farm I've taken my 2012 Ford Fusion to Bill Brown Ford for every unfortunate insurance claim that I've been plagued with for the past year, a total of 3 ti I've taken my 2012 Ford Fusion to Bill Brown Ford for every unfortunate insurance claim that I've been plagued with for the past year, a total of 3 times for 4 different claims. Every time, I walk in and just tell them my name and insurance company. They have the paperwork ready and everyone I've worked with has been wonderful. They make prompt phone calls to update with any progress or changes in the service, including notification of availability of their loner vehicle program which provided me with a vehicle during the duration of the repairs, free of charge (you are responsible for gas). Aside from loaner vehicles, they also offer courtesy shuttles to and from the collision center within a reasonable distance - a service I've often used. They are always prompt, friendly, and the vehicles are always very clean, even in the winter months. Their standard of cleanliness doesn't stop at their own fleet, however. Every visit, they've cleaned my vehicle, inside and out. My car always comes back like brand new! They even polished the spare change in my cup holder! Even when situations aren't ideal, like having to drop off my car during bad weather during the holidays, and having the reschedule repairs; Bill Brown Ford has always gone above and beyond to work with me and find a solution that works. In situations where I've misunderstood turn around times, they've been understanding and happy to quickly change appointments and plans to suit my needs. I would never trust anyone else with my car. Bill Brown Ford is the best. More

THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH Hands down the worst dealership, truck was purchased brand new and was delivered to me with problems. Vehicle has been in and out of service for month Hands down the worst dealership, truck was purchased brand new and was delivered to me with problems. Vehicle has been in and out of service for months and I still have issues. They botched up the service repairs several times on my vehicle and admitted to it and the last repair apportionment the service manager flat out said he isn't addressing certain issues for me which is confusing because the truck has low millage and is still under the factory warranty. Service Department management and personal are very unprofessional. Had an appointment to drop it off and meet with the general manager and he passed me off to someone else, Hands down the worst! They have shown me they really so not care about their customers nor do they have adequate training. More

However, I did seek this dealer's assistance in resolving a major issue which was caused by the careless pre-sale representations of another dealer. Enter Chris Green, Service Advisor for Bill Brown Ford's Fleet Center. Chris' knowledge was impressive as he quickly grasped the nature of my rather complicated problem and vowed to research and respond with answers and direction at his first opportunity. Though he set expectations that this process might take some time, Chris decided to "front burner" my concerns, persevered and subsequently contacted me with the answers he found later that same day. While these answers were gravely disappointing (i.e., the vehicle's computer programming could not be modified as he initially felt confident that it could), and while I am still left with a monumental shortfall in represented expectation as to this vehicle's fundamental usage and maintenance requirements are concerned, Chris endeavored further to provide at least some alternative "workaround" advice and recommendations which I fully appreciated and certainly intend to use. While I am ultimately saddened to learn that my brand new vehicle has such a substantive deficiency which will result in more maintenance expense and headaches down the line, I cannot say enough about how Chris accepted the challenge to drive this issue to ground for me when no one else would. And so it is with great respect and admiration that I not only recommend Chris but the very dealership who was astute enough to hire and retain such a talented, courteous and customer-focused Service Advisor! Meanwhile, I fully intend to visit Bill Brown Ford for potential future Ford vehicle purchases. More

Had the vehicle for 9 months and it has been in and out of service for 91 days total, called ford customer care no help, been in contact with Bill Brown Ford and they are horribly incompetent plus they do not return phone calls, I just want the vehicle fix right and no one seems to be able to do that or help. Outstanding Customer Service!! Bought a used SUV from here. My sales person was Matt Gilbo. and he was a pleasure to work with.. when I called on a different vehicle on a Monday, i Bought a used SUV from here. My sales person was Matt Gilbo. and he was a pleasure to work with.. when I called on a different vehicle on a Monday, it had sold the previous Saturday. Matt checked the lot and found a similar vehicle that had just come in on trade that had the features I wanted. The car needed to be inspected, serviced and detailed, so I had to wait until the end of the week to pick it up. I asked if it could be ready sooner, but Bill Brown Ford is meticulous in their vehicle service and detailing, so I had to wait, BUT, Matt generously offered me a (free) loaner to use! I did not expect that! I was really blown away by Matt's care and concern about my lack of transportation and having to share a vehicle with my spose and juggle work, appointmentss and life around one family car. My dad had bought and leased cars through Bill Brown Ford for over 20 years and always raved about their customer service. Now, I too, can vouch for this dealership. THANK YOU MATT Gilbo!!!!!!!!!
