Keith is the most unprofessional salesperson I have ever had the experience to work with. One no eye contact. Two he kept Bragging how bill brown is the best ford dealer in the nation. My wife and I went to another dealership and had a great experience and was treated with respect and care. We ordered a fully loaded bronco. Bill Brown should re-educate this man that just because we are not dress to the nines doesn’t mean we cannot afford. Treat all people with respect. Shame on Keith and Bill brown.
