The window on my wife’s 2025 Lincoln aviator made a crunch noise and stop working (drivers door) . Needless to say we wer frustrated! He told us he would look into it and would let us know what the problem was. We dropped off the car around 7am. Roughly around noon he called my wife to let her know the car was done. They wer nice enough to drop off our vehicle at our house. Since it was a new car I expected a new part not in stock kinda service! Very pleased with the service provided by Jesse. More

I was planning a trip out of town and noticed my engine was making a sound. Well, my neighbor is the one that told me about it but I thought it was cold since I just pulled out the driveway. To my surprise was making a sound. Well, my neighbor is the one that told me about it but I thought it was cold since I just pulled out the driveway. To my surprise upon getting an oil change before I left town, my water pump was leaking. The dealership found that my coolant level was very low. They replaced the water pump and completed the service the same day and I was able to head out of town without a hiccup! Its a good thing I decided to get the oil changed when I did. But, the fact they found a problem was even better and fixed it fast. Thanks Service Department!!! More
