My first experience with Biggers Mazda occurred today when looking to purchase a car for my son. David, our sales consultant, was friendly and really new the details of the Mazda 3. When we decided on the vehicle we liked, our pricing discussion with Ron the GM was painless with no games. The dealership went out of their way to move fast in preparing the car and moving through the paperwork. David did a nice job with the delivery process and vehicle training. I was delighted with the ratings on the CX5 and the lower cost of ownership compared to my 5 year old Infinity. And this vehicle consumes regular grade fuel. After speaking with Brian on the phone and letting him know the type of used vehicle we were looking for, we were delighted when Brian found the perfect car for us. Buying this new vehicle was actually a pleasurable experience. There was no pressure to spend additional monies, the sales and finacial persons were very polite, and patient. Since purchasing my vehicle, I have stopped by the dealership several times with follow-up questions; David answered my questions in the same courteous, friendly manner as the day I purchased the vehicle, he even offered me a car wash. Now, at this time, being a new vehicle; I have not had any experiences with this dealerships Service department but if they operate in the manner the sales team does, I know it too will be a pleasant experience.
