I would definitely recommend Bigger's Mazda. I visited this location based on the stellar reviews, and I must say, they did not disappoint. I showed up to do a test drive of the 2014 Mazda CX-5 as well as Mazda 6. David helped answer any questions and I must say, they did not disappoint. I showed up to do a test drive of the 2014 Mazda CX-5 as well as Mazda 6. David helped answer any questions and provided a lot of helpful information. I needed time to think it over, so I took the night. David was very helpful and there was absolutely no pressure. The next day I had decided on the Mazda 6, so I called them up to get the out-the-door price of the one I wanted. Bill provided me a great out-the-door price, so I came in to get my trade-in appraisal and see if we could work out a deal. I came in expecting this to be a long process including a lot of negotiations and dealing, just from the typical known process that's involved with buying a car in general. I am still in shock with just how fair, honest, and easy they made the whole process. I met with Brian and Bill, where they did an appraisal, and gave me the exact offer I was looking for, like they were reading my mind. We went over the numbers one more time and we had a deal. All in all, we will definitely be recommending them to anyone who's looking for a great new Mazda. More

On Saturday May 25, 2013 me and my husband Tad decided to visit Biggers Mazda in Elgin, IL as part of our re-search for new car. Our biggest surprise was when Franco was willing work with us without any hesitation before even opening. He just simple open the door early just for us. His diligent, knowledge about the car what we were interesting was presented to us with so many details - we new immediately he is high quality Sales Consultant. This was my first car buying experience so I went to multiple dealerships and Rich was the only salesmen that didn't try to push a sale on me as soon as I walked in the door. I spent months researching new cars and test drove several brands when I finally came to Biggers. Franco put me at ease immediately and set up a test drive for a Mazda CX5.
