I recently had the most pleasant car buying experience of my life at Biggers Mazda in Elgin IL. From the moment I stepped foot in the showroom, I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. I had done my homework about what my trade-in was worth, what incentives were available and how much I should pay for my new 2011 Mazda CX7. They had several in stock, and had one that was perfectly equipped for me. Their initial offer was surprisingly fair and they passed on incentives without even asking. Everything was explained by Ron and David and was very clear. After a small negotiation of a couple of add-ons, we came to a very fair deal...no haggling or game-playing. David explained every feature of my new Mazda and even set up my blue-tooth and my first free maintenance visit! I was introduced to the whole staff in every department and felt there was genuine respect between the staff members. Test drove a couple of models and finally purchased 2011 CX9. At the time of delievery, he thoroughly went over all the gadgets and made sure we were comfortable. Follow up phone calls after delevery was a very nice gesture too. The Sales manager and Finanace manager did not push to purchase extended warranty. As a matter of fact, he offered to offer the same price should I change my mind in a month. Overall, an excellent experience. I would strongly recommend calling Franco at Biggers and enjoy the experience of car buying. More
