Everything at this dealership takes forever. The sales representative helping me had WAY too much going on and was helping multiple people at once and it was honestly frustrating. My car wasn' The sales representative helping me had WAY too much going on and was helping multiple people at once and it was honestly frustrating. My car wasn't filled up when I picked it up and the lack of communication around my vehicle was honestly ridiculous. I bought a car late at night and had to pick it up due to going through inspection and I had to call to find out when it was ready and was sent to multiple voicemails until I got ugly with the front desk girl. It is a sales person who is earning commission job from my sale to be more communicative. Not me having to hunt down when my car is ready. Pathetic. More
