Bryan has been great everytime we’ve come in for service. Most of everyone we dealt with have been pleasant. However, the person that works the parts department, not a big fan. What it seems to me is that he really does not care if you get the right part or not. There was also a lady in the service department that had some attitude for no reason. I don’t remember her name, but I remember she sat closet to, what I assume, is the service departments manager’s office. I get not everyone enjoys working saturdays and it might’ve been a little chaotic and short staffed. But you’re also dealing with people’s vehicles too, that entrusted y’all to move it and work on it. And one of the mechanics had unplugged my dash cam and apple car play screen. Don’t mind the screen, but the dash cam, I care. Seems a little suspicious that my dash cam got unplugged. I want to continue coming back for y’all to actually service my vehicle, but those couple of incidents almost make it hard to WANT to come back. The vehicle I have, is my only mode of transportation. I don’t need someone that’s in a bad mood touching it and end up breaking something on it and I may end up having to pay for something else that now needs to repaired. Most of everyone that we have dealt with have been fantastic, except for those 3. My rating for the women in service department is blank, to due me not remembering the lady’s name that we’ve dealt with in the past. She was the one that actually checked us in. More
