Mr. Gomez was a great salesman to deal with even though we were tough customers in haggling with him but ended up with the deal we were looking for and are very pleased with our 2013 Elantra! I purchased a new Hyundai Tuscon from Ron Carter Hyundai of Clear Lake. My salesperson was Chris Olsen. I have to say that this was the absolute best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle a of Clear Lake. My salesperson was Chris Olsen. I have to say that this was the absolute best experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased several. From the time I stepped on the lot to the time when I signed the papers, it was a very pleasant and easy experience. Chris was very friendly, professional and helpful. Not to mention also funny. I knew exactly what car I wanted. Chris went to the lot looking for my specific car and brought it up to me. I didn't have to go out in the heat searching the parking lot. He also helped me to get every discount that I had available. He truly seemed to care about me! It never seemed like I was just a sale and I NEVER felt pressured by anyone. The financing was the fastest that I have ever experienced also. I expected to be sitting there all day, like I am used to, but that didn't happen. By the time that I finished with everything it was already after closing and I knew that Chris needed to get home to his family, however he insisted on staying and helping me transfer items from my trade in, and explaining all of the features on my new car. He went over every little detail with me. I was amazed at how much time he took with me. Most dealers would just let you drive off in your new car and that be it. Not here. Everyone single person that I came into contact with seemed to genuinelly care about my happiness. I left here feeling like royalty. I could not have been happier with my experience at Ron Carter and with my salesperson Chris Olsen. Thank you both for my making my experience so great!!! :-) More

We went in to see about purchasing a new Hyundai Tucson. I really didn't think we would be able to qualify....When we arrived our original sales person was busy so we were helped by Christian who was great! At the dealership, worked mostly with Christian with assistance from Veronica. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to compare and contrast with the Elantra on features and price. T assistance from Veronica. The test drive answered a lot of our questions about the suitability of the Sonata for us. The discussion on price was straight forward. When we picked up the car the next day, Christan spent a great deal of time making sure we were familiar with the Blue Link features. Without the hands on demo, the setup with iphones and using the Navigation features would have been taxing. This was the 27th vehicle that we have bought over the years and Ron Carter will have the first shot next time. More
