I was very glad that Chris Olsen was the salesperson who took care of us. He did an awesome job in getting me a great deal on my 2012 Hyundai Genesis. Keeping up with the auto industry is one of my main hobbies and I usually know more about the cars than the salespersons I deal with. This is not the case with Chris. Ron Carter is one of the nicest dealerships I have been in. They keep it immaculately clean. After going through the numbers the first round, I was sure that the deal would not go through because it was no where near what i was willing to accept to buy the car. I even tried to stop Chris from going back to management because I did not want to waste his or their time. He said do not worry and let him get it done and he did. I cannot believe I got a fully loaded Elantra GT for the monthly payments that I did. A full $150-$200 dollars less a month than the initial numbers. This is all due to the excellent work of Chris Olsen. I could not be happier with the experience and will definitely be keeping Ron Carter Hyundai and Chris Olsen as my go to car dealer. I firmly believe that Ron Carter has a science to dealing with the entire car buying process. Mr. Chris Olsen was as polite and courteous as you can get with a sense of humor and a realistic view of your side of the car buying equation. The dealership itself is well maintained and clean, which speaks of attention to detail. The process is smooth with your normal bumps as every car buying experience will have. I expected to go through some loops and hurdles but was surprised to know that those were eliminated as much as they could throughout the process.
