He never tried to force the sale, showed me several different cars and models, answered all of my questions, followed up with me via phone and email for nearly a week and even welcomed me back when we initially turned a deal down. Their cars are top quality and come with window tint, nitrogen-filled tires, and a custom paint job already installed. I received the best deal in town hands down, essentially getting the accessory package and leather upgrade for free through rebates and negotiation. They really did work hard to get me in the car I wanted. Phil and the sales manager (I believe his name was Mike? His nametag said V. Recendez I think) did everything they could to get the financing into my budget, including offering me much more for my trade-in than any other dealership or appraiser. This is the second car my family bought from Ron Carter Hyundai and we'll be back. More
This dealership is very easy to deal with. They will work with you any way they can to be sure you are satisfied. Mr. Sosa is far and away the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. This is the second car I have bought with him. He even went out of his way to bring me my plates. I would rate this dealership solely on the assistance of Christian Karamitsos. I visited the dealership the previous Saturday and was not impressed with the level of customer service (ie. I had to "pull" information out of the representative that was with me during my test drive). This rep, in fact, never mentioned the other car that was like what I wanted, and which I later found on the Internet. Once I called and talked with Christian, my experience changed. He went out of his way to make sure I came by to look at the other car and was MOST helpful in not only answering my questions, but giving me needed information about the car without me even having to ask. As I teach management and finance at the university level, I understand the importance of customer service. It was obvious to me, that Christian Karamitsos does also! Thanks, Erin Alexander More

Scott always answered his phone or returned my calls right away and Christian was always so helpful and knowledgeable. I wont be buying from Ron Carter in a long time but ONLY because we just purchased a 2013 Sonata that I love so much! We'd definitely recommend Ron Carter again, and thanks for the welcoming cookie gift we received at home,definitely something we wouldn't expect from a dealership! More

I came here to look around at different cars o see what I liked because this was going to be my first car-buying experience. Christian Karamitsos was my salesman. He kindly greeted me when I walked in and asked if I wanted any water, coffee, etc. After getting to know my price range and generally what I wanted he showed me a couple cars that I really liked. Since I told him I was new at this he told me several things I should look out for in the car so that I wasn't getting ripped off. He was very honest and I did not feel pressured at all. He did not take down any of my information because he didn't want me to feel pressured into something as big as buying a car. After my first visit i tried going to other dealerships and they all tried to pressure me into purchasing a car that day. I had to leave. Ron Carter Hyundai at Clear Lake was definately the place I wanted to do business at. I ended up buying the first car he showed me. It was love at first sight. He must be an amazing salesman for picking the perfect vehicle to show me. If anybody were to ask me about this dealership or Christian K, I would definately have nothing but wonderful words for them. When I was there I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me a car, I felt like they had my best interest in mind and they were friends helping me find my very first car!
