After my car was totaled, I was in the market for a new car. Initially, I was intending just to replace my totaled Honda Civic with a new one, but after browsing various dealers’ inventory throughout Houst car. Initially, I was intending just to replace my totaled Honda Civic with a new one, but after browsing various dealers’ inventory throughout Houston I saw a Hyundai Veloster Turbo in Ron Carter’s inventory. After doing some research on Hyundai and the Veloster compared to Honda and the Civics, I decided I could get more for my money and also get a better warranty through Hyundai. Subsequently, I requested and received an Internet price on the Veloster listed on Ron Carter’s online inventory and then went in the following day to purchase the vehicle. When I went to the dealership initially to purchase the vehicle, there was a misunderstanding between the pricing of the vehicle I had received online and I left frustrated and without the vehicle due to the higher price I received upon arriving versus what I received online prior to entering the dealership. I then contacted the General Sales Manager of Ron Carter, Mr. Anthony Hewitt, to let him know of my disappointment, as my family had purchased a Hyundai from Ron Carter a year prior with no issues whatsoever, which is why I chose Ron Carter to again purchase this vehicle. Mr. Hewitt promptly cleared up the discrepancies and corrected the misunderstanding, and the following day I went in and everything went perfectly smoothly as I drove out with my new car. Despite the initial hiccup, the car buying process went very smoothly, and the initial issues were quickly corrected. I was impressed with Mr. Hewitt’s, and his staff’s, professionalism and willingness to make sure their customers were satisfied. This is why I am a repeat customer of Ron Carter Hyundai, and if I purchase another Hyundai in the future, I will be there yet again. More

UNBELIEVEABLE!! I have purchased 4 vehicles in the last 13 years and the deal seems to always take a couple days to finalize. Scott was very nice and professional. They didn't have the color car I wanted so he found one at another dealership with everything I wanted and he kept me updated on when it would come in.
