Accommodating, but low pressure. When I decided to buy the price was even better than my research said it would be and far better than any of the other dealers in the area. I first contacted the dealership via email and Veronica contacted me shortly afterward. We discussed pricing and I set up a time to come see vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership my daughter and I were g contacted me shortly afterward. We discussed pricing and I set up a time to come see vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership my daughter and I were greeted by Veronica and also introduced to Christian. Both of these peolple went out of their way to make us feel welcome to the dealership. Christian took us on the test drive and explained different features of the vehicle to my daughter. I wanted to purchase the vehicle and get what ever paperwork could be completed that evening in order for us to come back the following day to pick up the vehicle. Everyone from Veronica, Christian to the finance gentleman stayed late to help get this done. The whole process was the best I have ever exprienced and was flawless. Since the purchase we had a service issue and it too was handle flawlessly and was a great exprience. Thanks very much John Whitefield More

I've used automobile and truck services departments for more than 50 years and can truthfully say that I've never found a provider to be as customer-friendly and service-oriented as Ron Carter Hyundai. Sin more than 50 years and can truthfully say that I've never found a provider to be as customer-friendly and service-oriented as Ron Carter Hyundai. Since moving to the Houston area two years ago, we have used Ron Carter exclusively for my wife's 2001 Hyundai Sonata. The service manager who supports our visits is detailed and responsive to our issues, provides a timely update on work status and keeps us consistently informed of the work and any other item we might consider. During our most recent visit for a minor repair, Ron Carter Hyundai went above and beyond what would normally be required to ensure our satisfaction. We are highly pleased with the results and will not only use Ron Carter Hyundai for future repairs but would highly recommend their service. Jim Burnett Pearland More
