I went in knowing what I wanted. I had done my homework on the HyundaiUSA website and had studied the prices on the 'build your own' portion of the website. After phone contact with Veronica, I received the price quote in writing. I was able to deal off that price, get the trade-in value I asked for and I bought the Santa Fe that I wanted. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with the helpfulness of Veronica and Anthony on the sales staff and with the finance officers. They were quick to make a correction to my contract and it turned out to be in my favor. I would recommend this dealership. With any purchase, new or used, I would also recommend doing your homework to know the value of the extras. I would also recommend the full bumper-to-bumper extended warranty. I first contacted the dealership via email and Veronica contacted me shortly afterward. We discussed pricing and I set up a time to come see vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership my daughter and I were greeted by Veronica and also introduced to Christian. Both of these peolple went out of their way to make us feel welcome to the dealership. Christian took us on the test drive and explained different features of the vehicle to my daughter. I wanted to purchase the vehicle and get what ever paperwork could be completed that evening in order for us to come back the following day to pick up the vehicle. Everyone from Veronica, Christian to the finance gentleman stayed late to help get this done. The whole process was the best I have ever exprienced and was flawless.
