While we strive to keep our customers mobile, we do not have an unlimited loaner fleet. Our loaner vehicles are available by reservation only and are not automatically guaranteed for all service visits, including factory warranty work. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your appointments. We understand how frustrating recurring electrical issues can be. By nature, electrical concerns are often intermittent. For our technicians to perform a warrantable repair, the symptom must be duplicated at the time of service. If a fault isn't active when the car is in the shop, it is incredibly difficult to pinpoint the root cause, though we always aim to be as thorough as possible. The claim regarding the sale condition of your vehicle is concerning to us. We pride ourselves on transparency so we would appreciate the opportunity to review your original sales documentation with you to clear up any misunderstandings regarding the vehicle's history.
