They are by far the most corrupt shady dealership in Texas. Please read the whole review. They advertised the vehicle for $33000 for 2021 Tesla online. so I drove one hour to the dealership and asked th Texas. Please read the whole review. To my surprise, he quoted me the total drive out they showed me, was $47000 with vehicle price of $38000 and bunch of added on illegal fees. I was shocked. The brand new tesla is $41000. Anyways, the sales person said that he was NOT aware of any oneline price. This is what they do, They will advertise a lower price online and lure you to get to the dealership. when you get there, they will ignore the online price and give you the full retail price with bunch of illegal added on fees. I wanted to keep to $47000 bill of sale but he snatched it out of my hand and trashed it. Whenever you go to the dealership and ask them bill of sale, make sure you take a picture of the bill of sale and email the complain to: - Texas Motor Vehicle Department - Texas District Attorney Office - Better Business Beauru - All Vehicle Marketing websites dealer complaints section - Dealerrater.com - Facebook and all online social media. - Youtube - Google Review this is our duty to put a stop to this shady business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ANY COST AND SPREAD THE WORD. AND REPORT AND EXPOSE THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS. THEY GIVE OTHER HONEST DEALERSHIPS A BAD NAME. Please note: they will come up with a standard reply that there was a miscommunication and we will make it right. Don't fall for that, they did the same thing to one of my friend as well. SALES PERSON, SALES MANAGER, FINANCE MANAGER, GENERAL MANAGER ARE ALL PART OF THAT SCAM. SO DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING GOOD FROM THESE CROOKS. More

Did a great job with aranging the warrenty work I needed. Provided me with "loaner" and when it looked like the parts were going to take a long time they allowed me to get may car back until the parts arrive Provided me with "loaner" and when it looked like the parts were going to take a long time they allowed me to get may car back until the parts arrive (needed part did not affect the drivablity). Parts arrived much sooner then expected. Took the car back and it was ready before noon. More

Nice dealership, I was supposed to meet with Valor, but never did. Didn’t even stop by to greet me, I was given to Mr Cortez. He was nice. He seemed to be in a rush with me. He did show me the one vehicle I was approved of, and thankfully it was something I liked. I didn’t receive a copy of any of the paperwork I signed and requested which I did not like. I was happy to drive off in a vehicle but the experience could’ve been better. I was hoping to be a repeat customer but I may rethink that. More

We purchased our 2024 Santa Cruz because of both Nick & Brandon. Their was no pressure from either of these fine young men & they answered all of our questions with great respect & understanding for the f Brandon. Their was no pressure from either of these fine young men & they answered all of our questions with great respect & understanding for the fact that, at our age, we are most definitely not tech savvy. While waiting for the long process of seeing a finance person, both men kept checking in with us,which we appreciated greatly!!! It might be a good idea to have these two young men teach others how to treat your older customers!!! More
