We agreed upon a price, I drove a few hours to test drive and pick up the car. They take me to the "back desk" where they hand over the agreement with an extra $2,000 in addendums added on they say they can and pick up the car. They take me to the "back desk" where they hand over the agreement with an extra $2,000 in addendums added on they say they can't remove for things like "wheel locks" and a "security tracking service". I told them to remove the $2K in charges we hadn't agreed to and they refused. They knew I had driven 6 hours to get there and I had invested a lot of effort in this car. They flat out told me they had to lie to compete with other online prices. I suppose that was the only time they were honest during our interaction. I refuse to support dishonest dealerships and walked. Very frustrating that they think it is acceptable to just lie to get you in the door. Even if you ask for an out the door price before you get there, I would not trust this dealer. They are scammers, plain and simple. More
After dealing with the service department on a defective 2020 Ford F150 back up camera I have had the worst experience in my life it seems like there is no one there that can check and see if my part is in 2020 Ford F150 back up camera I have had the worst experience in my life it seems like there is no one there that can check and see if my part is in and must have a consultant Contact the parts department to go and see if your part is in now the consultant as I understand the consultant is the only one that can look your name up in the computer to get your customer number and refer the parts department To Check then contacts the consultant to tell you if it’s there all this is after I receive a text sorry email telling me it’s in but they would not schedule the work until they could verify that the part was in now the parts department is only 4 feet from the consultants it’s beyond me why it takes so many people to see if the xxxx camera is on the shelf please advise.
