The service wait time is VERY slow. The service advisors Renee and TJ and the mechanics are GREAT! I do not like the fact that there are never any parts in stock to assist the customers in simple service needs (i.e., no functional wheel lock for a Ford that was purchased at your dealership, only ever serviced at your dealership and had to wait a few hours before being told my tires could not be rotated because there was no wheel lock (although there is a parts department onsite who should be able to provide said parts to their mechanics). Apparently, I received a wheel lock that did not belong to my vehicle at my last tire change/rotation which I want to assume was a simple mistake and oversight. Therefore, tires could not be rotated. However, that was 5000 miles previously and I wasn’t aware because i had no need to use it. So, now I’m needing it and it doesn’t fit nor any other vehicles I own. I can’t afford $150 for a new set; therefore my locks had to be broken off. No happy about that at all, but i refused to make multiple visits to the dealership for the same service. Again, the service advisors maintained my patience which is the only reason for giving your dealership a third chance. I was informed by another dealership that there is a service pickup and delivery option. Wasn’t aware of this, which would be great for customers to know. Big Kudos to Renee & TJ in the service department for working within their means and trying their best to keep the customer happy and patient. Virtual High Five! More

I called because of issue with camera, they took me in same day got me in and out within the hour.
