Trying to make a long story short. .. I was out of town, and my husband had dropped my car off here to fix a pretty simple electrical problem with the sound in my car. He was dealing .. Every time he called for an update, she would give him the runaround and basically lie to him about the status of the car... She actually said that he could text her through a certain number for updates, but whenever he did that he would get no response... In fact, the last call he had made to her she had admitted that she got all these text messages and she just didn't reply to them BUT that our car was next to be serviced. Horrible service and horrible agent. When I heard all of this, I had asked my family what's going on with this place? My parents proceeded to remind me that that was the place that TOOK MY DAD'S TRUCK FOR A JOYRIDE AND ACTUALLY DAMAGED ONE OF HIS AXLES! He knew this based on his mileage, and clearly his axle was damaged. Had to take it to somewhere else to get fixed. At this news, I had had it, and I went in in person to demand my car back. When I went in, this, Michael lady was nowhere to be found, and when the staff did find her, she was extremely unfriendly. I told her that we are taking our car back and going to take our business elsewhere because of their incompetence. She sauntered off, and when she finally brought my car around, I saw that it had clearly been sitting there for 5 days, UNTOUCHED, covered in leaves and pollen and definitely NOT next in line to be serviced as she stated to us on the phone... I was standing right at my door waiting for my keys. She hung her head, gave me my keys, and I drove off never to return again. The owners name is Rick Law if anyone needs to complain to the OG... I didn’t feel pressured and I was provided the chance to thoroughly know the vehicle before I made the purchase. They were attentive to my follow-up service needs which was also a super quick and easy experience. They always exceed what I expect from a sales group and I’ve really enjoyed my vehicle. found a vehicle that I was interested in on Cargurus that was at Big Star Ford in Manvel, TX. I clicked the button to receive additional information and immediately, I was contacted by a salesman named that was at Big Star Ford in Manvel, TX. It was about 8 p.m. at the time, and John asked me if I could come in to view the vehicle the following day. I scheduled an appointment to meet with him at 5:30 p.m. the next day. He sent me a confirmation via text and email and event went so far as to send me a video of the vehicle. I left work a little early and drove from Porter, TX to Manvel in rush hour traffic only to arrive at the dealership to be told that John Cole was off on that day and that the vehicle I was coming in to view had been sold earlier that day. No one bothered to contact me to let me know. When I spoke with a manager, he basically told me that everyone is entitled to a day off and sent me on my merry way. I was floored at the lack of customer service during this whole event. I would NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!! Their customer service and lack of accountability is horrible! More
bought my wife's 2014 edge in 2015 from Alfred S. We have had all the service done here and have always been very satisfied. With over 120,000 miles, I recently requested new plugs and wires. when I We have had all the service done here and have always been very satisfied. With over 120,000 miles, I recently requested new plugs and wires. when I picked up the car, the invoice said that only the plugs were replaced. I asked why the wires were not replaced and was told that the mechanic checked them and they were OK. In my experience, wires can break down at any time especially with a 10 year old vehicle. The price for the plugs was over $600 and that seems excessive. I had my GMC Sierra 1500 serviced at Ron Carter and the plugs and wires replacement was less that $500. Thank you, Alan Marshall. More
