⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to recognize Kendra at Big Star Ford in Pearland for providing exceptional customer service. My wife recently brought our vehicle in for an oil change and to have a tire repaired. Unfort Pearland for providing exceptional customer service. My wife recently brought our vehicle in for an oil change and to have a tire repaired. Unfortunately, due to our own oversight and failure to fully read the details of our tire warranty, the tire was not eligible for repair coverage. What could have easily become a frustrating experience turned into a positive one because of Kendra’s professionalism, patience, and knowledge. Rather than simply telling us “no,” Kendra took the time to explain the warranty provisions and show us exactly where we had misunderstood the coverage. She turned what could have been a tense situation into a valuable learning experience for us. Her customer service skills are outstanding, her professionalism is unmatched, and she genuinely cares about helping customers understand their options. Those qualities are becoming increasingly rare, and they deserve recognition. Kendra, thank you—and thank you to your entire team—for making what could have been a difficult experience completely painless. Dealer attempted to push injector cleaning service after tech wrote “injectors clogged”with no supporting evidence that the injectors were clogged. This is extremely deceptive and nothing more than trying to prey on a customer. It’s 2026, customers can research services pushed. When I did, I learned that BG provides an incentive to push this service to the dealership and the techs. Truly unethical. More
