ZERO stars from me - I went in for a routine oil change, waited too long, and then when I left - my oil pressure light came on about a mile down the road. I pulled over and called them - they came to check it out and the gasket was installed incorrectly causing all the oil to leak out - which is horrible for an engine, I had to insist that they tow it back to the dealership (they didn't want to since the put some oil in it and said it would be "fine") Dealt with Steven Garcia the Service Manager who was very unconcerned about my issues and wouldn't give an extended guarantee that my Jeep wouldn't have problems as a result of their incompetence - acted like I was a nuisance and didn't care about my concerns - would NOT recommend that anyone take their vehicle there for service - I will NEVER deal with a Big Star dealership again!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! More

I put my Jeep in your shop 10/29/2024 for warranty repairs. I had to rent a car so that I could get to and from work while repairs were being made. It took your facility 2 1/2 weeks to complete my rep repairs. I had to rent a car so that I could get to and from work while repairs were being made. It took your facility 2 1/2 weeks to complete my repairs. The rental car cost me over $1,000! I explained how much the rental was costing me to my service advisor many times during the process. It fell on deaf ears. On top of all this, Big Star advertises that they have rental cars customers can use while repairs are being made. Only problem is, they NEVER have cars readily available. This is unacceptable. I know exactly what is being done. Jeep is trying to make it so difficult to get warranty repairs done in the hopes people will give up and pay out of pocket to get their vehicle back. Upon checking my vehicle in, I was informed my my advisor that the company my lifetime warranty is through is now under another company and they are taking up to 2 weeks to approve repairs. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER JEEP OR CHRYSLER VEHICLE AGAIN. I CAN ASSURE YOU OF THAT. More

We bought extended warranty from here based on great feedback from the finance guy at Big Star. Now that I have issues the third party warranty company is such a pain to deal with. The dealership says I have to deal with the warranty company myself. They admit that the warranty company Kornerstone is a pain in the xxx to deal with. Getting something as simple as getting a rental is a pain in the xxx. Made a huge mistake and learning from it. I do not recommend this dealership. More

I have a Jeep Commander 2007 for which I purchased a lifetime warranty that Mopar offered at that time. Dorena and Ike helped me repair the Jeep under warranty. Now Dorena and Ike are gone , and I can' lifetime warranty that Mopar offered at that time. Dorena and Ike helped me repair the Jeep under warranty. The service rep that I had was very helpful and kept me informed through the repair that I needed to have on my vehicle through out the process.
