When we purchased our truck we bought a warranty that cover a loaner for extended service times. My truck was there for a week and my wife had to come there to show them the sound that was in question. Only to be told before hand they found a water bottle under the passenger side front seat. It was rather frustrating that we were told the sound was coming from a water bottle under after all these run around it was a cracked heat plate in the exhaust system. Taking a week to find and diagnose (which my wife found for you) and having to fight for something that was promised on purchase was extremely exhausting. Josh was the service advisor that ended up helping us the most. Moving forward I will only deal with Josh for any services at your location. More
