I came looing to complete an Oil change and get a solid Multi-Point Inspection. What I received was a list of items totalling 2400.00. As this was my first time visiting your service department you had no Multi-Point Inspection. What I received was a list of items totalling 2400.00. As this was my first time visiting your service department you had no records of previous maintenance. It was recommended to flush and replace Differential and Transfer case fluids however, upon my own inspection at home the filler holes were never opened and the fluid not even checked. It was also recommended to replace all 4 sets of brake pads similarly upon inspection at home the pads all had significant thickness left. The cherry that topped the cake was as part of the oil chaeck a tire rotation was completed and once I departed and got onto I-45 my TMPS alert came on because after rotation the service person did not validate tire presure. I paid for a 3 oil change package but will not be returing as I cannot trust that my vehicle is being serviced with quality. More

Work was not completed as requested. When service advisor called me to request a 10 on the survey I ask why she had not returned my calls. I told them I no longer trust this vehicle to shift properly. They offered no recourse for my problem. More
