I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The original appointment was canceled but they still got to my vehicle quickly. I left and had to search for my wheel lock. It was placed in a cup ho The original appointment was canceled but they still got to my vehicle quickly. I left and had to search for my wheel lock. It was placed in a cup holder for them but that is not where it was returned nor was it handed to me. Found it in the center console. Two weeks later Im informed by my insurance to plug my drive and save device back in. Come to find out that was removed by the dealership during service. I again had to search for it. I couldnt find it. Called the dealership and my message was "relayed" to my service provider. A week later Im still waiting for a call back. I found my device stashed away in a pocket. Overall Im disappointed in the service provided and poor communication form the dealership. To add to the poor communication, I ordered a new visor during my oil change appointment and was told it would arrive that Friday or following Monday. The following Thursday (9 days later) I called and my message was "relayed" to my advisor. No returned call. The next day I call again and finally get my service guy. My visor came in but was damaged so a new one was ordered. Then the replacement was dirty. All of this was the excuse given. No communication for either issue, no proof there was ever these issues. To me, just an excuse for poor communication. Best part of this whole experience was getting the visor installed took about 35 minutes without an appointment. Disappointed overall though. Theres a closer dealership to me, but I chose this one for service. I cant say I will come back after my service contract is up. More

When we purchased our truck we bought a warranty that cover a loaner for extended service times. However, when I came in with the truck I was told we have none that I would be put in line with others. Su cover a loaner for extended service times. However, when I came in with the truck I was told we have none that I would be put in line with others. Surprisingly when I spoke with someone else two just popped up. My truck was there for a week and my wife had to come there to show them the sound that was in question. Only to be told before hand they found a water bottle under the passenger side front seat. It was rather frustrating that we were told the sound was coming from a water bottle under after all these run around it was a cracked heat plate in the exhaust system. Taking a week to find and diagnose (which my wife found for you) and having to fight for something that was promised on purchase was extremely exhausting. Josh was the service advisor that ended up helping us the most. Moving forward I will only deal with Josh for any services at your location. More
