Service center is worst I've seen. Took jeep in today for regular service. Did not rotate tires. I knew because they recommended more services (at a cost). I said no. Checked tires sin Took jeep in today for regular service. Did not rotate tires. I knew because they recommended more services (at a cost). I said no. Checked tires since one of their recommendations was alignment from wear (which wasn't seen). But, two weeks ago I had a plug due to hitting a nail. Same tire in same place but told me and printed out they rotated tires. Complained, hand delivered and waited over an hour to speak to GM. Would not come see me. No calls or replies still and did not rotate tires. Trying to up sale add on services is so common, please verify what is actually "needed" and not only recommended. Worst part is I'm not worth speaking to, answering calls, emails or texts back. Why lie about simply rotating my tires? More

I have had nothing but issues dealing with both big star Hyundai and big star dodge. Steaming from my initial purchase all the way through services. No call backs no email, text or other timely response is definitely out of the question because they’re supposedly always in a meeting even when you schedule a meeting. Ive had anything from oil changes not done correctly to to lug nuts being left off. I’ve had a tire fall because there was no inspection done to see I had broken tie rod before I left the service department. Your sales department lies about warranty coverage just for the sale. Just in the past month I brought my truck in to have the mirror fixed the first time I picked it up the chrome covering was missing because they broke it and didn’t want to replace it. After a back and forth I get my vehicle back and the opposite side mirror doesn’t work. So I bring it back they supposedly fix it and replace the chrome for it to fall of a week later. So all and all corporate needs a complete overhaul and review of both locations because all departments are completely failing. More
