This is the location that I Always go to get oil change. Now I started to think maybe it’s time for me to change. Oils change and tire rotation service is getting sloppy. They don’t take their time to bolt it down my lug nots. Maybe they think I’m a women I won’t see it. Now every time I’m about to leave the dealership I have to check all the lug nots all in place. They even lost one of my own lug nots and my husband had to replace one from our own pocket. When I try to change the air filter myself I found out they lost the screw to Secure the air filter. They just got so lazy don’t finish the job properly. I’m so disappointed. The only person is working hard in that place is the cleaning lady. Thumbs up for her. More

As far as getting the oil change was no problem, never has been. I had another issue for the service dept. to look at. The original advisor said I had to leave it and it would be a week before they coul has been. I had another issue for the service dept. to look at.
