The service center needs training! I have put my 2016 Ram 1500 truck in this shop 5 times for the same issue, which has never been fixed and still is not fixed. It stays in the shop t I have put my 2016 Ram 1500 truck in this shop 5 times for the same issue, which has never been fixed and still is not fixed. It stays in the shop two weeks sometimes three weeks without a loner. So I am just left without a vehicle and the vehicle still has not been fixed yet. My truck only has 38,000 miles on it and now they are telling me it is out of warranty, so when it happens again which it will, I am expected to pay for it that is ludicrous. I have filed a complaint 5 times with ram support hoping this issue will get resolved some kind of way by somebody. My next step is to go to the local media to get a some sort of assistance. Can somebody please help me with this issue I am at my wit's end!!!!!! More
