Lack of communication. Inability to explain unnecessary recommended repairs. Did not call back when they said they would. Had to make multiple calls get status updates. I’ve been getting my van serviced at Big Star and I’ve only had one complaint and Dorina, the service manager, took care of it. Austin was my service advisor and he was outstanding.
