No communication from service advisor. Get a week in shop no real repairs were done other than spraying wd40 or similar to window rails. Service is amazing! They handled all the scheduled work on my Jeep and also checked for any additional issues with tires, suspension. Had a Glitch with the radio (slow turn on) and 911 interface (said Phone interface needed update). At the dealership, was told by Jasmin that diagnostic would take 3 days(!). Left the car there expect interface (said Phone interface needed update). At the dealership, was told by Jasmin that diagnostic would take 3 days(!). Left the car there expecting to have it back in 3 days. When we finally got a hold of Jasmin (4 days later) we were told we needed a new battery. We had a new battery installed 1 week prior in an attempt to fix the radio startup problem. When She was told this she then told us the car was leaking oil and we needed 3 to 5 K worth of repairs and a new radio (1K for refurb, 2K for New). on the sixth day, when we came in to get the car, Jasmin was out and we met Shane who actually looked at the car (It was left up on a rack in the bays). He actually explained what they had found with a leaking gasket and what had happened with the radio. He also spent the time to contact the holder of the platinum warranty to find out what was covered and could give us an accurate quote for the repairs (Jasmin never even considered this even when told we had a warranty and who the holder of the warranty was) . We then had them make the oil leak fix and had to wait for the radio to arrive. The refurbed radio arrived and somehow (unexplained) some part of the radio was broken during the removal rendering it not viable as a Core return. Shane was able to have the warranty cover the new Radio and we got it installed. From time in to time was almost a month without the car. Shane got the car repairs done and was very helpful. The long drawn out timeframes for a simple fix was intolerable. If we have any repairs for the jeep that require service at the dealership rest assured, we will be taking it to another dealer. More
