I was ready to purchase a new Wagoneer S when I went to this dealership last Saturday. I provided the stock number on the website for the vehicle I wanted to buy to Enrique, who said he would be my sale this dealership last Saturday. When my son and I arrived, we were switched to a different salesperson, Daniel Martinez. Daniel said that they couldn't open key machine due to a technical issue. He said he didn't know when it would be fixed. We waited awhile, as we had taken Uber and didn't want to have to come back another day. At some point Daniel informed me that the vehicle I had inquired about was in transit and wasn't actually at the dealership, as I had been previously informed by Enrique. After waiting a long time Daniel said his manager had the same vehicle and he would ask if I could drive it. We had to wait a long time, again. Daniel came back and said that his manager would allow me to drive his car if I completed a pre-application to check my credit. He assured me this would be a soft, not hard credit check. I asked him to confirm this at least twice. Kevin, the manager, allowed me to drive his car and went with us on the test drive. He was very nice. When I got home, I saw that all of the credit bureaus indicated that Big Star pulled a hard, not a soft credit check, as I was previously told. I was told multiple lies by this dealership, and the customer service was terrible. Imagine a Saturday at a large dealership when no one can see any vehicles due to a technical error! I was ready to purchase the vehicle, which cost approx. $70,000. We were very disappointed and frustrated over this experience. Do not buy from this dealership! More

Thus far Big Star has proven to be the best dealership experience I've had since buying my Ram. The majority of other dealerships have a week long wait during which they want to hold your vehicle before e experience I've had since buying my Ram. The majority of other dealerships have a week long wait during which they want to hold your vehicle before even looking at it. That's ridiculous for the typical American household because it costs me a week of paid leave on top of whatever the repair costs. Big Star was able to look at my vehicle in 2 days. What's more, once they found out what the issue was, they contacted Chrysler to bargain on my behalf for the issue (which is definitely something that should have been remedied at fabrication) and save me 70% on the fix! If I'm honest, were that not the case, I definitely would have never bought another vehicle from Chrysler; and that's saying something considering I have family that work for them! I look forward to continuing my relationship with Big Star and thank Shane and the whole team over there for their professionalism and customer care. More
Everything started off great of course when wanted to make a sale. Had a tire blow out 400mikes later, appeared to be a factory defect of tire, and found out while on the side of the interstate, that the make a sale. Once I contacted/went to dealership about the tire and spare, was treated very poorly and was basically told not their problem. Not a good start after just purchasing a brand new vehicle to the lack of concern and customer service I received. More
