We love the jeep we got but I have a feeling we got duped on the sales part. We agreed to have a trailer hitch part of the deal and it was never written down and now I’ve called every week and can’t get ahol on the sales part. We agreed to have a trailer hitch part of the deal and it was never written down and now I’ve called every week and can’t get ahold of my sales people, Jeremy and Amanda, that sold the vehicle to us to see when our hitch will be in. We would appreciate some communication and some sort of guantee that we will get what we agreed on. We hope they will make it right and come through on their end. We also got sold a knock off brand of service warranty not the good Mopar one that we kept asking for. More
