I talked to my Bank they said the Rate was to Highand sold me a lot of unnecessary products over $11.000.00 Won’t ever shop there again Car cost $43.000 Cost me$60.000 And 96 months interest 8.5 % & which comes out to $80.000 My Credit score is 839 Bank told me I was ripped off!! Would of never of bought it. So please don’t contact me anymore!!! More

The dealership has a good selection of inventory for customers to choose from! Easy-to-use website Sales Representative Erick was not informative, lacked knowledge of vehicle specifications and the r customers to choose from! Easy-to-use website Sales Representative Erick was not informative, lacked knowledge of vehicle specifications and the reasons for unknown fees, and provided no level of customer service. Purchased a vehicle with the “Big Star Package” and did not receive an explanation of what the package includes. The package is a none negotiable item. Listed at $4,000. The vehicle did not come with wheel locks as stated in the package (and they are still not on the vehicle), and the windshield has a crack that the sales representative, Erick, stated would be fixed. Waiting for a response from the service department for scheduling regards wheel locks and windshield fix paid for by the dealership. More
