Was told a 20 minute oil change would take 1. 5 hours. At 1.5 hours I was given a canned excuse..again at 2 hours..again at 2.5 hours. At 3 hours I started getting angry. Only then did they bother 5 hours. At 1.5 hours I was given a canned excuse..again at 2 hours..again at 2.5 hours. At 3 hours I started getting angry. Only then did they bother to find my Jeep in the wrong parking lot where it had been for hours. I requested to talk to the general manager. After a long wait I was told he would call. Never did. Will not return. More
