I purchased a Jeep Wrangler 2025 on 11/30/2025 at Big Star Crysler Jeep Dodge Ram located at 15711 Gulf Freeway Webster Tx 77598 with sales representative Daniel R. I left with my new vehicle with tint a Star Crysler Jeep Dodge Ram located at 15711 Gulf Freeway Webster Tx 77598 with sales representative Daniel R. I left with my new vehicle with tint and a second key fob still missing and the sales rep & told me to contact him to schedule that service. I reached out on Tuesday 12/3/2024 asking to schedule that and brought up that the vehicles airbag light came on and the jeep app had advised me to bring it in to get serviced since day 1 of purchase 11/30/2024 .( I have attached a screen shot of the email I received with the notification). Daniel the sales rep did not reply or contact me . So I called the service department directly and scheduled to get all of that dealt with . Car was put into service on 12/6/2024. Updated have been given periodically but still no solution has been provided. Last update :new part has been ordered and in route for delivery 2-5 days. I then asked if having the car swapped could be a possibility. Service informed me that I needed to reach out to my sales rep so I did . 12/17/2024 Sales rep hung up on me the first time and after being persistent he texted me that he was busy within a client and that he would call me back. Sales rep only called me back until 12/18/2024 and collected a brief summary of my questions and concerns and said he would call me back. I did not hear back and texted back asking for an update , again was told the same thing that he was working on it and would call me back . I called back to the receptionist and asked if I could just speak directly with the sales manager & they forwarded my call and the phone was not picked up . I drove to the dealership in person in hopes to be able to speak to someone this way & the sales manager did not want to speak to me and they directed me with the service department manager. They were alot more helpful and provided me with the jeep wave phone # and I filed a claim. But was told that the sales manager didn’t want to speak to me because he was to busy with 4 sales & that they would call me today 12/19/2024 and I have not been called. The jeep wave representative did call and only gave me an update on the service side of things and told me they could not help with my question about swapping the vehicle & connected me right back to the dealership where we spoke to Savanah or Sarah and she told me the vehicle could not be swapped because the title is already under my name that my only option was to sell them the car back . I then asked if wouldn’t the vehicle have lost a lot of value since it has the defect . She responded no , that the only thing that would bring down the value would be if the car was in an accident and the amount of miles on it & I responded that how was that fair if while the car is in service it is getting miles added to test out if the light comes back on . From my knowledge about 60 miles were added while testing that out in service & then I brought up my complaint about the sales rep and manager not wanting to speak to me & the phone call yet again ended with her telling me that she was going to speak with service again and that they would call back . I just don’t appreciate the unprofessionalism and the lack of communication with me regarding my complaint and being avoided to give me any answers. They were only responding and communicating with me when trying to make the sale. I have only had vechicle for 5 days and the first months bill already due soon with a car I have not even been able to use . I hope I can hear from someone regarding my case .
