We went just to ask a few question about our situation which my husband and i believe there was nothing that we could do. When we met one of the sales person Mo shurafa who was really Friendly with such a wonderful attitude.We explain to him our situation and he said that he was going to do everything he could and he did i am glad he was able to help us fix our problem. I would recommend Mo since he is a wonderful person who treats his customers wonderfully. More

He appeared genuinely concerned about what happen and wanted all the details. Asked that I contact him if I was even in the area for service again. I am from out of town and had a problem with my brakes so decided to take my Escalade to the dealer. I am an insurance adjuster from out of state, here trying to help get everybody with damage inspected so they can get their claim settled and repairs made quickly. I have appointments daily so getting my car fixed quickly is important. I walked in to the service department around 8:30am and was promptly greeted. I explained to the gentleman that I needed to get some service done to my vehicle. The service adviser asked me what name the appointment was in. I told him I didn't have an appointment and explained my situation. All I got from him was a chuckle and smirk when he told me "I MIGHT can get to you in two or three days". He didn't even bother to ask what I needed done or anything else. Not even an offer to try. Pretty poor service. Sure, I am not a local person and may never be back, but you can be assured I won't be coming here should I ever be back in the area. I took my vehicle to Norman Frede Chevrolet and they took me right in. More

Wonderful Experience Took my 2012 SRX in for regular service, oil change and tire rotation. Happen to see Stuart Saragoza , I had been in a accident at work, car drove th Took my 2012 SRX in for regular service, oil change and tire rotation. Happen to see Stuart Saragoza , I had been in a accident at work, car drove through a brick wall and hit me. Had neck fusion surgery, and will have rotator cuff when this heals. Told Stuart in the next couple of yrs want to trade my car for a white SRX with beige interior. Told him not in a hurry, next thing I know I meet Derick Kleinschmidt, who has a SRX to show me/ Took a test drive (really liked it). The greatest thing was the blind side warning. I can't turn my head. He was very knowlegdable and pointed out numerous great features. There was no pressure just value, he ask what were the items I must have. He worked the numbers and made a offer I couldn't let go. He set up my blue tooth. totally explained the CUE and how all the extras worked. He also called on Star and got my time added. I had just renewed. He must have spent over an hour with me, explaining all the goodies. We have received several notes from Derick thanking us and again letting us know if we have any questions please let him know. We Love, Love, Love our car, and the professional treatment we received.
