Big star Cadillac is a very friendly dealership. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. service department I would like to give a special shout out to Jeff Dial, my service advisor at Ron Carter Cadillac in Friendswood. He was a pleasure to deal with. Too I would like to give a special shout out to Jeff Dial, my service advisor at Ron Carter Cadillac in Friendswood. He was a pleasure to deal with. Took my car in for oil change. He called next day to let me know he was gonna check for oil leaks and assign a technician to it. My car was is shop from Friday thru Wednesday and Jeff called daily with an update. If i missed his call, he always answered when I called back (no voicemail). I've never had a service advisor be so attentive. I bought my car at Ron Carter and have had all maintenance done there and have not had any issues with service department. It can be an inconvenience to be without your car but Jeff made it much more enjoyable. Thanks Jeff! Mona Kurthy More
