Ainsley and the Service department are excellent. Kept me informed as to what was going on with my wife's XT5 with text messages. When I picked it up it had been washed and looked excellent. Down sid Kept me informed as to what was going on with my wife's XT5 with text messages. When I picked it up it had been washed and looked excellent. Down side was waiting for parts (hub and bearing assembly) a very common part that is used on many years and models of G M, not just the XT5. It should have been in stockIt is very common for these parts to fail,,,,you can bet they're not Timpken or Eaton bearings. More

Horrible. I brought my car in for my scheduled appointment and left it with the service department. Six hours later they called to tell me the part needed wasn I brought my car in for my scheduled appointment and left it with the service department. Six hours later they called to tell me the part needed wasn’t in. This is one of many issues I’ve had with Big Star Service department. At this point I would never recommend or purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
