The issue was your team didn’t contact me to let me know you didn’t have the parts necessary to perform the service for the appointment you set. You had my car for hours before I called to check status and finally received a call back informing me you didn’t even have the parts! The appointment should have been canceled. Why would you take a car into your service department when you don’t have the parts to do the work?
