I spoke with Mr. Mauricio, who kept me informed as he arranged for a loaner vehicle to be brought to my place of employment. My car was taken to the service department, and all issues were addressed. Mr. Mauricio texted me with updates and kept me in the loop. He also located the second remote and attached it to the first remote. He arranged for my car to be delivered back to me upon completion of the service requests. I would highly recommend Big Star Cadillac, Mr. Mauricio, and all the fine folks at the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing and/or servicing a vehicle.
