To whom it may concern, I will not pull punches with this service experience survey. This was a Horrible service experience . This Oil change took 4 1/2 hours. The service was xxxx poor at best. Big bug splatters left all over the windshield and bumpers. The vehicle was not vacuumed. It was half-assed cleaned. I requested explanation of the cruise control system; as I have not been able to get it to work since purchasing the vehicle. I was informed that the front sensors were malfunctioning due to a collision. I informed the service person that this was a mistake as the vehicle had never been wrecked. She informed me that the misalignment must be caused from road vibrations. At that point I requested to speak to the store manager; as I was being charged for a service diagnostic visit. Thus, my visit went as follows: 1. 4 1/2 hours to get an oil change. 2. xxxx, Poor car wash 3. No vacuuming of vehicle 4. Vehicle cruise control inoperable at vehicle purchase and is inoperable currently. I WAS A RAVING FAN UPON THE VEHICLE’S PURCHASE FROM BIG STAR CADILLAC. NOW, I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BIG STAR CADILLAC DUE TO MY INTERACTION WITH THE VEHICLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Should management want a copy of the photos taken prior to my leaving the parking lot; I shall include my contact information. I have called repeatedly about an issue. I’ve had with my car over the last several months. When I first came in, it was to troubleshoot a transmission code. I was told that my vehicle neede I’ve had with my car over the last several months. When I first came in, it was to troubleshoot a transmission code. I was told that my vehicle needed a part (but was covered under warranty) and that currently those parts were on back order. That was months ago and every time I try to call to check on it. I am told that I have to wait for, whoever is handling my account or the manager to call me back. Currently, no one has called me back. In the mornings, when I go to start my car and shift into drive, the car revs and revs, and takes several moments to shift gears. When will this be resolved? More
