The service department’s work on my vehicle was excellent. Karah was very pleasant, professional, and patient. My only criticisms would be: it took almost three weeks to get my vehicle out of the excellent. Karah was very pleasant, professional, and patient. My only criticisms would be: it took almost three weeks to get my vehicle out of the shop, it was very difficult to get any updates on my vehicle’s status, and the concierge service missed my original pickup date due to having an incorrect phone number. I purchased a 2021 Cadillac Escalade from George. He was great, on the other hand our service experience has been terrible. It took about a month, but finally somebody came to my house to pick it up and take it to the shop to get it worked on. My vehicle sat for 1 week without being touched, Yall apologized and said that when somebody Is available to work on it y’all would call us. Now I’ve had the vehicle for over 3 months, and y’all have yet to work on the things that need working on. I payed top dollar for a vehicle therefor I expected top dollar customer service, so far that has not been the case. More

My review is based on lack of follow through after conversations with managers. Ainsley did a great job the last time I was in there, and my oil change seemed to go well.
