Waited 1 week called 5 times to get a hold my rep no call back. Had to call my sales person to get the service department to call me back. And after 1 week my escalde didn’t even make it into the shop and af back. Had to call my sales person to get the service department to call me back. And after 1 week my escalde didn’t even make it into the shop and after I told my advisor all my issues before picking up my car he said he ran a test to check for codes and there weren’t any. After I took my Caddilac to another dealer with in 10 mins he told me there are showing multiple codes off his device. More
