Every step of my experience here has been negative outside of the guy that tried to sell me maintenance packages. I’m a mother to special needs children and my own mother with Alzheimer’s. My time is more than a little precious. Every second I’ve wasted at your dealership has infuriated me to the point that I’ve already traded in my car purchase and gone back to Mercedes, where I’m actually treated with respect of my time I and everyone deserves. I’ll never buy another Cadillac again. More

Big Star Cadillac and Mark Mauricio have gone above and beyond by assisting me with two car purchases within two months. Kelly, in the Finance Department, went over every detail before I signed any documen beyond by assisting me with two car purchases within two months. Kelly, in the Finance Department, went over every detail before I signed any documents. I had several issues with the second vehicle after taking possession. I spoke with Mr. Mauricio, who kept me informed as he arranged for a loaner vehicle to be brought to my place of employment. My car was taken to the service department, and all issues were addressed. Mr. Mauricio texted me with updates and kept me in the loop. He also located the second remote and attached it to the first remote. He arranged for my car to be delivered back to me upon completion of the service requests. I would highly recommend Big Star Cadillac, Mr. Mauricio, and all the fine folks at the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing and/or servicing a vehicle.
