When I first purchased my vehicle it seemed the dealership was eager to take care of whatever my car needed. Now… 40K miles later, I am lucky to get a call back two or three days later. They obviously have made up their mind that I am not interested in purchasing another car from them. What they didn’t know is that I WAS. Given their outstanding performance when I first got my Escalade, was ready to purchase my next Cadillac vehicle from them. I’m glad they have shown their true colors. I definitely want another Cadillac, just NOT a from Big Star. More

Scheduling was easy and arrival at dealership was very adminicle.The service personal let you know approximately how long the service would be. My previous visit gave me the wrong receipt and I didn't notice until I left the dealership. I returned the receipt 15 minutes later.It can happen but it was inconvenient. More

Quick work on the replacement of my windshield washer pump. The ride to and from my house by Alto was very good. The repair was completed the same day, and I was very pleased with that.
