Bobby Miller has been my Service Advisor since 2015 when I started bringing my Cadillac in for service. I purchased my 2nd one in 2018! Bobby is the reason I also the sole reason why I decided to purchase I started bringing my Cadillac in for service. I purchased my 2nd one in 2018! Bobby is the reason I also the sole reason why I decided to purchase my most recent Cadillac on 10/28/23 to “keep it in the family”, so I could continue bringing my vehicle in for service and maintenance to the same service center and have him as my point of contact! That’s over 8 years of loyalty to your dealership, when it was Ron Carter and now Big Star, all because of Bobby Miller! Lisa Velasco was my Sales rep to assist me with finding and eventually purchasing my most recent Cadillac. She was patient with me as I looked at various models, and didn’t pressure me to buy “a car”, but to buy the one I really wanted. She is excellent! Her demeanor and approach to working with prospective customers as engaging and compassionate. I also had a great experience with Ruben Cauton during the negotiation phase, as well as Kelly Wilson during the finance and contract phase! I didn’t catch the name of the young lady that walked me through the vehicle and helped me set things up in the vehicle. She was terrific. I am so sorry for not having that to provide, but Lisa can give you that. Thank you for making this such a wonderful process.
