I received zero communication while my vehicle was there until I called Isaiah at 4:30 asking if my car was ready. I could tell that he had no clue where it was or what was happening with my car... he stum until I called Isaiah at 4:30 asking if my car was ready. I could tell that he had no clue where it was or what was happening with my car... he stumbled a lot and come to find out that the reason I even made the appt was to get 2 wheels repaired and that didn't happen! Very dissatisfied with the service dept. Especially the pick up process. I had better service at a Chevrolet dealer when I had Chevrolets. More

I had a service coupon that had expired on 8/18/2024. I was unable to use it within the prescribed date due to caring for my aging Mother. I drove in for a service item and Albert made the coupon "valid" I was unable to use it within the prescribed date due to caring for my aging Mother. This is the first time I have been unsatisfied with my service. When my brand new car was delivered the tire was flat and missing a cap. When my car went in for service all they did was patch the hole wit service. When my brand new car was delivered the tire was flat and missing a cap. When my car went in for service all they did was patch the hole without even providing the missing tire cap as promised. My sales rep blamed the leaking tire on the weather. The day after my car was delivered the corner of the windshield cracked without the car ever being moved, or driven. Again it was blamed on the weather and I was told it would be fixed during the first service appointment but it wasn't. Very unhappy with Big Star Cadillac for treating my car like a Kia. More
