The dealership is the best place for maintenance on new vehicle.As they are in a temporary building awaiting completion of a new facility .What is notable about this dealership is the sales staff is basic vehicle.As they are in a temporary building awaiting completion of a new facility .What is notable about this dealership is the sales staff is basically not friendly.While waiting on my vehicle , we are in a mixed waiting room of service and sales.Almost every salesman is visible in the temporary building. Nobody appears to greet you with a smile or any attention while walking through past the customer, regardless of why they are there.Service staff was attentive except of one female service advisor who was a bit short with me when I asked her if my vehicle was ready.My advisor was not there right then and she acted like she didn’t want to be bothered.My advisor returned our vehicle to us with a pleasant attitude. My service at Big Star was one I pray I NEVER have to experience again. I was a Ron Carter Cadillac customer and the service hasn't been the same since the new ownership. I went in for them to open/fix my glove box only to pick my vehicle up and my dash screen be cracked. The service dept then kept my vehicle for A Month and when I had to call to inquire about my 2024 vehicle it was as if I was bothering them. They ordered a part and I was told there was No arrival date and I had to wait it out(A Month). Isaiah called me after a month of having my car Only to ask me to bring it in because the part was in. (My car had been there so long they had forgotten it was already there) This experience was inconvenient to say the least. More
