Awesome experience both times I have brought my car here. After purchasing my car at the Bayway Cadillac of The Woodlands, the chip for the heated steering wheel wasn't ready yet, I was told it would be thre After purchasing my car at the Bayway Cadillac of The Woodlands, the chip for the heated steering wheel wasn't ready yet, I was told it would be three months but almost two years of asking that dealership about it and being blown off was frustrating. I brought my car here for an oil change after moving to this area, and immediately Ainsley said she could order the part for the heated steering wheel without me even asking. I got a call when it came in to schedule it and then it was such a quick process of getting it put in. Very happy with all the service here and will be back for all my service needs and when I'm ready for a new one! More
