I am very disappointed in my 2021 Cadillac XT6 On August 1, 2024 I was stranded on major highway in unsafe condition for 2 hours when traveling at 70 MPH it stopped and I had no control over anythin August 1, 2024 I was stranded on major highway in unsafe condition for 2 hours when traveling at 70 MPH it stopped and I had no control over anything on the car. 911 sent emergency tow to block the freeway and rescue my husband and I . We had it towed to dealer at our expense and Bobby Miller called us asap and he received the car and said it was FUEL CONTROL PUMP MODULAR. had to order part and it came in picked up the car on Monday August 5. the very next morning August 6 the car did the same thing and this time I was NOT in unsafe area. OnStar was able to tow it to the dealer. By the time the tow truck arrived the car was able to be put in gear and it has been at the dealer since. On August 8 the dealer did call and offer a loaner car. As of today August 9, 2024 there has been nothing to report on my car.. I do appreciate Bobby Miller for listening to my concerns and understanding how up set my husband and I were after being stranded on a major highway. Margaret and Wayne Brueggeman More

THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT, but the few texts I have received was asking me to RATE theit dealership & if I can't give them a 5 to please call the name listed on the text!!! I am a disabled veteran senior citizen who has been around a long time but I have never had such TERRIBLE SERVICE with a car dealership!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!!!!! More
