I received zero communication while my vehicle was there until I called Isaiah at 4:30 asking if my car was ready. I could tell that he had no clue where it was or what was happening with my car... he stum until I called Isaiah at 4:30 asking if my car was ready. I had a service coupon that had expired on 8/18/2024. I was unable to use it within the prescribed date due to caring for my aging Mother.
